These Terms of Service govern your use of Klizmo, the iOS application and website operated by Klizmo, Inc. By creating an account or using Klizmo, you agree to these terms.
Klizmo is an execution scoring tool for cyclists. It measures how closely your actual ride matched the power zone target you declared before riding, and returns a Discipline Score from 0–100. Klizmo is not a coaching service, a fitness platform, or a medical device. It does not provide training advice, prescribe workouts, or make recommendations about your health.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Klizmo. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@klizmo.com. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may only create one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent trial limits is prohibited.
Free trial
New accounts receive 5 fully scored rides at no charge. All features are available during the trial with no limitations. No payment information is required to begin.
Paid subscription
After your 5 trial rides, continued use requires an active subscription. Plans are billed at $5.99 per month or $59.99 per year. All billing is processed by Apple through the App Store. Klizmo does not handle or store payment details directly.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time. Refund requests for exceptional circumstances can be submitted to support@klizmo.com and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Price changes
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days advance notice. If you do not cancel before the price change takes effect, your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You own your ride data. By using Klizmo, you grant us a limited license to process your ride data solely for the purpose of calculating your Discipline Score and generating your Execution Signature. We do not sell your data, use it to train AI or machine learning models, or share it with third parties for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
If you connect your Garmin account, you authorize Klizmo to receive activity data from Garmin on your behalf via the Garmin Health API. You can disconnect Garmin at any time from your profile settings. Klizmo is not affiliated with Garmin Ltd. and is not responsible for Garmin service availability or data accuracy.

Klizmo, the Discipline Score, Execution Signature, Block Library, and all associated names, logos, and product concepts are the intellectual property of Klizmo, Inc. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to use our trademarks or branding.
Your ride data and declared targets remain yours. We claim no ownership over the content you bring into Klizmo.
Klizmo is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Discipline Scores are calculated using deterministic rules applied to your ride data. We do not warrant that these scores are suitable for any particular training purpose or that acting on them will produce specific fitness outcomes.
Klizmo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Cycling involves physical risk. You assume full responsibility for your training decisions and physical wellbeing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klizmo, Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Klizmo, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of training progress, personal injury, or property damage.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Klizmo shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Klizmo, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
We'd rather resolve issues directly than through litigation. If you have a dispute with Klizmo, contact us first at support@klizmo.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property claims.
Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with Klizmo individually, not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Klizmo after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use Klizmo in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings in the app or by contacting support@klizmo.com.
Upon termination, your right to use Klizmo ends immediately. Your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Klizmo, Inc. regarding your use of the service and supersede any prior agreements.
